REIKI LEVEL 1:-

This course includes:

What is Reiki?
History of Reiki (Usui)
5 principles of Reiki
Giving Reiki Treatments
Breathing Techniques
Meditation
Hand positions for Self Treatment with Reiki
Hand positions for treating family, friends and others – (demonstrations and practice)
Four Reiki attunements during the day which connects you to the Reiki energies
Certificate and manual on completion.
What are chakras and information about the seven main chakras

Reiki Level 1 commencement dates:-

Classes will now be held with (1-2) participants offering more flexibility with times and days and more personal attention! Just ring and I will try to accommodate your wishes.

( Tuesday to Thursday and Saturdays).

Cost: Reiki 1 - $250.00 A $100 deposit (Non-refundable) is required at time of registration and balance of $150 cash due on first visit.

Duration: 1 full day 9:30 am – 4:00 pm (Hours will be shorter if only one participant)

REIKI LEVEL 2:-

For those of you who want to learn more and follow on from Reiki I. With each attunement many practitioners feel their channel opens more and more and their connection becomes more intensive and their healing abilities are heightened.

This course includes:-

Introduction to 3 Usui traditional Reiki symbols. Explanations on how and when to use them for the healing energy needed
Practice time to give a Reiki session incorporating symbols on treatment table
Distant Healing. Learning how to send Reiki by distance (you can send Reiki to anyone anywhere)
Meditation
Breathing techniques
Affirmations
