Sessions can consist of working together to bring about balance between body mind and soul.  The process can consist of assessment, working through those limiting  beliefs and behaviours, life charting, dreams+actions+goals, journalling, body relaxation , meditation.  (depending on the individual needs of the client).


Providing support while the client explores more effective and new ways of being.
